Business Problem

The goal is to develop applications quickly and efficiently, while ensuring they generate profit. The challenge is to find a balance between the cost of product development and the benefits it brings.

Team and My Role

Our team consists of five members: a product manager, a project manager, a product designer (my role), and two developers — for iOS and Android.

When I joined the team, there was no clear design process. There was only a basic algorithm: competitor analysis, creating specifications, designing mockups, and handing them off to developers. We worked together to build processes from scratch, adapting them to our needs.

What I Did

• Developed the structure of the design process, which improved the team's efficiency.
• Conducted competitor benchmarking to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Collected user feedback from similar apps to uncover needs and problems.
• Found solutions that were simple, cost-effective, and improved the user experience.
• Collaborated with developers to optimize the process, reducing revisions and speeding up the time to market.
• Participated in team brainstorming sessions to introduce creative and unconventional ideas.
• Created creative assets and graphics for ASO, increasing the app’s appeal and standing out among competitors in app stores.
